The appeal herein is by 7 of 10 original plaintiffs in this matter who hereby seek review of the judgment of the trial court dismissing their joint action to establish the alleged nullity of the Ordinance No. 2388 adopted by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Houma on February 27, 1960, extending the territorial limits of the municipality by annexing three separate and distinct areas each contiguous to the City but none contiguous to each...
