This is a damage suit instituted by Louis R. Records against the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, arising out of a motor vehicle collision between a station wagon, owned and being driven by plaintiff, and a dump truck owned by Sunset Farmers Lumber Company and being driven by one of its employees, Hamilton Jones.
