This is an action for damages for personal injuries. The defendants in the action were Lonnie Killins and Gene Glenn. At the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence the trial court sustained defendant Glenn's motion for a directed verdict. The case then proceeded to a verdict and judgment against the defendant Killins in the amount of $2,750, and from which he took no appeal. Plaintiff filed her motion to set aside the judgment entered in favor of defendant...
