This is an action for damages by Clayus Broussard, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Gillen Oilfield Service, Inc., and American Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as defendants. Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for the wrongful death of his son, Uhry Broussard, which death resulted from a collision between a 1955 Chevrolet sedan, being driven by the deceased, and a 1954 International truck with trailer attached...
