This suit was instituted by Leo G. Braswell for the purpose of recovering compensation for permanent and total disability under the Workmen's Compensation Act, LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq. Judgment was rendered by the trial court as prayed for, and defendant insurer has appealed.
