This is a tort action by Helen Deshotels, wife of John Allen Soileau, for personal injuries sustained while she was riding as a guest passenger in a 1955 Chevrolet truck being driven by her said husband and insured at the time by the defendant, United States Fire Insurance Company, under a liability policy affording $5,000 coverage for injuries to each person.
