This part of the award is charged to the Special Fund under section 25-a. The board also allowed the claimant disability from June 1, 1956 to July 30, 1959 and payments to be continued at $25 per week, this chargeable to the Special Disability Fund (§ 15, subd. 8, par. [ee]). The Special Fund contends that the board's finding of February 16, 1939 as the date of disablement is in error, that the claimant did not in fact become totally disabled from silicosis until June...
