This case involves the alleged negligence of defendant gas company in the installation or maintenance of one of its gas meters in plaintiffs' home. Plaintiffs contend a gas leak from the allegedly defective meter resulted in an explosion and fire, causing extensive damage to plaintiffs' home and contents. The lower court, sitting without a jury, found plaintiffs had failed to establish negligence on the part of defendant and entered a judgment of no cause...
