After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged of the crime of second-degree robbery, a violation of Penal Code, section 211. He was also charged with and admitted four prior felony convictions for robbery and grand theft. He appeals from the judgment of conviction which also finds that he is an habitual criminal under the provisions of Penal Code, section 644, subdivision (b).
