This is an appeal by complainant, a corporation, from a final decree denying relief and dismissing the bill of complaint in a suit to compel specific performance of a contract whereby complainant agreed to sell, and respondents agreed to purchase, a certain brick manufacturing plant, including all the real and personal property owned by complainant, less certain items of personal property which are specifically excepted.
