Raymond Kosele was indicted in the circuit court of Lake County for the crime of burglary. He was tried before the court without a jury, found guilty, and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of one to two years. On this writ of error he contends that ownership of the premises entered, and of the property intended to be stolen therefrom...
