Motion by appellants for a stay of execution of the order and judgment appealed from, pending appeal, granted on condition: (1) that, within 10 days after entry of the order hereon, appellants shall file an undertaking for $5,000, with corporate surety, to pay all costs of the appeal and all damages which may be sustained by reason of the stay; and (2) that appellants shall perfect the appeal and be ready to argue or submit it at the October Term, beginning October 2, 1961...
