Spanierman for services rendered to the estate of Nathan Lans, deceased, unanimously modified on the law and on the facts and in the exercise of discretion to the extent of reducing the compensation of the appraiser to $1,750, inclusive of disbursements and expenses, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
