In November, 1956, Mrs. Julia Luebner, who was at the time 78 years of age, deposited in the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Detroit a sum slightly in excess of $90,000. Two weeks later she transferred $55,000 of said amount to 6 joint accounts, each such account naming herself and another as depositors and being payable to either or the survivor.
