Plaintiff-respondent, the Simmesport State Bank, sought to compel relators, Mansura State Bank and Anne Scallan Laborde, to appear and produce certain documents under a subpoena and a subpoena duces tecum on an examination of a judgment debtor. Orders were signed by the Court and these subpoenas were issued. Motions were filed to quash the subpoenas. The trial court overruled the motions and ordered the applicants to comply therewith.
