Final order unanimously modified in accordance with the memorandum and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. Certain findings of fact disapproved and reversed and new finding made.

In our opinion the services rendered by respondent for appellant were of the reasonable worth of $1,400 instead of $1,850 found by the Official Referee. The lien should be reduced accordingly to $1,137.25. Goldman, J., not...
