Mrs. Elizabeth L. Bradford is resisting the procedure adopted for the expropriation of her property by the State Department of Highways. The Department seeks a servitude affecting 14.97 acres of her land from which they will remove dirt to be used in connection with a highway project located about 2,200 feet away.
