On the clear dry morning of November 19, 1957, the plaintiff was injured when the automobile she was driving collided with a large rice truck owned and operated by Noah Foreman. This suit is against Foreman's liability insurer to recover for the substantial personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff as a result of the accident.
