Claimant, employed as a sponger and presser, said that as he attempted to remove from a rack over his head about 15 topcoats, estimated to weigh about 60 pounds, the hangers caught and he "had to strain tiptoe" to untangle them, and thereupon experienced chest pains and shortness of breath and fell to the floor; that after being assisted to a chair he rested for a time and then went home.
