Mrs. Bach acquired her property in October 1944, her deed describes a lot 40 by 90 feet fronting on 31st Street. The Standard Oil Company has owned its lot on the corner of 31st Street and Benton Avenue since 1927 and its muniments of title describe a lot 90 feet by 90 feet.
