Orval O. Kendle, plaintiff-appellee, brought suit in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, to recover from E. T. Wilkins, d/b/a Wilkins, E. T. & Associates; and E. T. Wilkins & Associates, Inc., a corporation, defendants-appellants, on two alleged oral contracts of employment.
