FRUGE, Judge.

This is a suit in tort against defendant, Olin Mathieson Chemical Corporation, for injuries sustained by plaintiff when a shotgun shell, manufactured by defendant, allegedly exploded in plaintiff's shot gun. From a judgment in favor of defendant and against the plaintiff rejecting his demands at his costs, plaintiff prosecutes his appeal.
