This is an appeal by Ralph D. Campbell from a judgment denying his motion to vacate and expunge a judgment of mental illness. He argues that his motion should have been granted as the court was without jurisdiction to render a judgment of mental illness, and requests that this court issue an extraordinary writ of mandamus to enforce the ministerial act necessary to correct the record.
