DIMOND, Justice.

The two main questions here are: (1) whether this court has jurisdiction of this appeal, and (2) whether an insurance company is bound by a judgment against its insured where it had refused to defend the action in which the judgment was rendered on the ground that the claim involved was not covered by the policy of insurance.
