In this action plaintiff Lillian A. Rube seeks recovery of the sum of $750 allegedly due for damages to a 1956 Plymouth automobile insured against physical damage pursuant to a policy issued by defendant Pacific Insurance Company of New York designating plaintiff as the named insured, plaintiff conceding the fact the insured vehicle is the property of her brother, Willie Rube.
