Plaintiff brought this action under § 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15, in the Southern District of New York in 1959. It sought to recover treble damages for injuries from alleged violations of the antitrust laws by defendants in suppressing competition in the manufacture and sale of color still and motion pictures.
