Plaintiff instituted suit against defendants in his own behalf for property damage to his automobile and medical expenses incurred on behalf of his son resulting from an intersectional collision between his car, being driven by his minor son, and one being operated by Mrs. Phillips and insured by Aetna Casualty Company, defendants herein.
