The petitioners, hereinafter referred to as defendants, are the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector of Dade County and the Comptroller of this State. They petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari to review that decision of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, reported in 126 So.2d 744, asserting that said decision is in conflict with the decision of this Court in Irwin v. Gilson Realty Co., Inc., 1934...
