Defendant appeals from the judgment entered on April 21, 1960, decreeing that the partnership existing between the plaintiffs and the defendant under the firm name of Moore Truck Lines, was dissolved as of December 19, 1956, and ordering plaintiffs to pay to defendant the sum of $12,918.21, which sum represented defendant's interest in the partnership on the date of dissolution.
