PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction brought against the defendant for (1) embezzlement of funds from a bank which was a member of the Federal Reserve System and insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and (2) making a false entry. The sections alleged to be violated are 656 and 1005, 18 U.S.C. The jury, upon consideration of all the evidence, returned a verdict of guilty.
