This action is for personal injuries and property damages arising from an automobile intersectional collision on January 5, 1960, at DeSoto and Hudson Streets, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Suit was brought by Virgil C. Briscoe and his liability insurer, Employers Mutual Fire Insurance Company, (subrogated to the amount paid for property damages) and names as defendants, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance
