This expropriation suit, instituted on May 4, 1959, involves property of the defendants located in the Village of Sarepta, Webster Parish, Louisiana. A deposit of $11,455 the asserted value of the property expropriated, was made, and respondents answered asking that the value of the property, together with severance damages, be fixed at $37,500.
