Russell T. Mueller filed a complaint in equity to require George M. Sloan to execute a lease, for directions to a trustee and liquidation of the assets of a trust. Each of the individuals owned 50% of the stock of Styline Homes, Inc. In a counterclaim Sloan sought appointment of a receiver, dissolution, liquidation and the sale of the assets of the corporation under Sec 86 of the Business Corporation Act. At Sloan...
