Plaintiff teacher, in an action for a declaratory judgment, appeals from an order and judgment granting defendant Retirement System judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint. Plaintiff had moved pursuant to rule 112 of the Rules of Civil Practice for judgment in his favor.
