Our opinion in the first appeal apparently raised more questions than it settled. This court is now asked to decide whether the Industrial Commission erred and acted in excess of its power in making the disposition it did on the remand of the case. The appellant argues: (1) That our decision and mandate precluded the employer Walco and its insurer from relitigating the question of whether Johnson's disability...
