This is a disciplinary proceeding instituted against an attorney and counsellor at law, under section 90 of the Judiciary Law. Under an amended petition, hearings were conducted by a Referee appointed by this court. The Referee's report found respondent guilty of the general charges and of misconduct in some 14 matters. In some 16 matters the Referee found that the proof was insufficient to sustain a conclusion...
