This is an action for damages arising out of an intersectional collision between plaintiff's car and an automobile owned and being driven by Joseph Sampite. The defendant was the public liability and property damage insurer of the Sampite vehicle at the time of the accident. Defendant answered denying negligence on the part of the driver of the insured vehicle, alleging that the sole cause of the accident was plaintiff's negligence, and, in the alternative...
