This action, ex delicto, arises out of an intersectional collision which occurred in the city of Alexandria on December 15, 1956 when an automobile owned and operated by Mrs. Alice Peters Dumas ran through a red signal light at the corner of Jackson and Sixteenth Streets and collided with another car.
