Mrs. Georgia Watson sued Great Southern Life Ins. Co. to recover upon an insurance policy issued to William Edison Watson, her husband, in which she was beneficiary. The policy provided double indemnity in case of death by accident. The parties will be referred to herein as they were in the trial court. It is undisputed that the policy was in force at the time of the death of William Watson and that Watson died from gunshot wounds...
