Mrs. Van, respondent, instituted this damage action for personal injuries and property loss, sustained in a collision between her automobile and a train. Appellants are the railroad company and members of the operating crew of the train involved. The action was tried before a jury which found for Mrs. Van in the amount of $16,403.81.
