This is an appeal from a trial court award in favor of the Second-Injury Fund against the Texas Employers' Insurance Association for $1,500. The case was tried on stipulated facts. On June 2, 1957, an employee of San Angelo By-Products, Inc., died after being injured on the 31st day of May, 1957, in a butane gas explosion.
