This is a suit for damages for the alleged wrongful termination by the Government of a contract between the Government and the plaintiff's assignor, Beam Radionics Corporation, hereinafter called Beam. The plaintiff is the assignee for the benefit of creditors of Beam. The Government's original answer denied liability, alleged that the plaintiff had failed to exhaust his administrative remedies, and counterclaimed for alleged overpayments to Beam. By...
