DOYLE, Justice.

Plaintiff in error was charged in the municipal court in the City and County of Denver with the offense of driving a motor vehicle while his license was suspended and with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was also charged with a second conviction within five years of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Trial was to a jury. Defendant was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail for driving...
