This appeal is from judgments of conviction for violation of the mail fraud statute,1 or of Section 17(a) (1) of the Securities Act of 19332 [15 U.S.C.A. § 77q(a) (1)], or of both. Of the twelve-count indictment, five counts must be considered. Each of the four defendants was found guilty on Count Six. Hollis Rinehart and Harry S. Getchell were found guilty also on Count Eight.
