These three consolidated cases arise out of an automobile accident which occurred on August 19, 1959, on Louisiana Highway No. 10 in the Parish of West Feliciana between the towns of St. Francisville and Jackson. Mrs. Leon A. Picou loaned a 1959 Volkswagen owned by her husband, Leon A.
