The orders which defendant seeks to have reviewed were made in criminal cases based on two indictments which have been pending against him since July 20, 1948. He pleaded not guilty and was released on bail.1 On July 2, 1959, Judge Noonan denied appellant's motion to dismiss the indictments.2 This is the first order brought up for review.
