This is an action brought under the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. and 28 U.S.C.A. § 1338. Plaintiffs are music publishers, and each of them is the owner of the copyright of a popular song, Reeve's song being entitled "I'm In Love Again," and Robbins' "Too Young To Go Steady."
