William Weiler filed suit against his brothers, Joe Weiler and George Weiler, for title and possession of 200 acres of land in Lubbock County, Texas. The plaintiff and the defendants are above 80 years of age. The defendants pleaded a general denial and filed a cross action alleging they owned said land and asked for a judgment awarding title and possession to them.
