On November 18, 1952 Marius Fontenot was extensively burned while working for a contractor. He brings this suit for workmen's compensation benefits against his employer's insurer. The latter appeals from adverse judgment awarding Fontenot not only compensation and medical expenses, but also penalties and attorney's fees for the arbitrary non-payment of compensation. The plaintiff Fontenot answers the appeal, praying for an increase in the amounts allowed...
