This action was brought by the Secretary of Labor under section 15(a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219, in the District Court for the District of Puerto Rico to enjoin defendant from violating the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the act with respect to employees who (a) ordered, made payments for, and kept records of goods received from outside of Puerto Rico; (b) operated its telephone switchboard...
